The original Golden Arrow Pullman service commenced in 1929 and ran from London Victoria to Dover. Reinstated in 1946 after the second world war the service operated between London Victoria and Folkestone. Typical of the train that operated in the 1950’s, this Hornby Golden Arrow Train Set contains BR West Country locomotive ‘Bocastle’, two Pullman 1st class parlour cars and one Pullman brake car. Also included is an oval of track with siding, measuring 1575mm x 1143, controller and scenic Trakmat measuring 1600mm x 1280mm. This superb train set is not available in any shop and comes complete with its own numbered certificate of authenticity
